Regarding to the registration fee, the following information is for your reference.

Regular Author with Full Paper(<= 7 pages)	2700 RMB / 450 USD
Additional Page	400 RMB / 70 USD
Co-author/Listener/Accompany Person	1200 RMB / 200 USD

1. Registration fees for NMCI2018 Regular (7 pages) is 2700 RMB (USD 450) per paper. If the length of the paper exceeds 7 pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (begin at Page 8) is RMB 400 (USD 70).
   Authors registration fee includes:
   
   • One Paper
   • Technical Sessions
   • Coffee breaks
   • Lunch & Dinner on November 18, 2018
   • Conference program guide
   • One-day tour
2. For each accepted paper, only one author has the opportunity to attend the conference for free. The fee will not be reduced if the author doesn't attend the conference.
   If more than one author for one accepted paper will attend conference, please inform the conference secretary Lee email: sec_li@icnmci.org, at least 15 days before the conference.
   Participants and listeners registration fee includes:
   
   • Technical Sessions
   • Coffee breaks
   • Lunch & Dinner on November 18, 2018
   • Conference program guide
   • One-day tour
3. The same authors with 3 or more accepted papers can enjoy the favorable price (original price - 200RMB) per paper.
4. If you want to withdraw your paper, please be made in writing by email to sec_li@icnmci.org.
   No refunds will be given for cancellations after October 17, 2018.
5. Conference organizing committee reserves all rights in the explanation of above terms.
